Subs who all played : Elise Salmond (St.John's, 13), Hali Cargill (Harris, 2), Rebecca Lonie (Harris, 17), Chenai Murray (Craigie, 22),
Katie Macfarlane (Grove, 4), Amy Smith (St.John's, 11), Laura Smith (Grove, 24).
Schools represented - Braeview x2, Craigie x3, Grove x4, Harris x4, Moniieth x1, St.John's x3, St.Paul's x1.
Ayrshire started well but Dundee soon got to grips with the game and a great run down the left by Beth Collins gave her the chance to cross to the far post where Katy West headed in the opener (13m). 1-0 at halftime and any concerns that too many first-half chances had been passed up were soon dispelled by a good shot from the outstanding Klara Brady over the keeper into the back of the net for 2-0 (41m). On 56 minutes Katy West hit from inside the box to score her second goal and make it 3-0 with 24 minutes left. Amilie Martindale hit the post and the Ayrshire keeper pulled off some good saves to stop the strikers adding more. All the subs got on in the late stages of the game for a taste of the action and they all slotted in straight away, contributing positively.
Some of the girls will have played every game over the last two years since the competition started, eight games without defeat scoring 48-11 (13-3 35-9)
Thanks to all the parents and supporters who managed to be at Stenhousemuir, some of whom were at Cove for the semifinal earlier in March.
