Baldragon v. St.Paul's in the DSA U13 League was called off because the astro was waterlogged.
Dundee beat Fife 2-0 in U15 National Trophy Group 2 to finish the group stages. With Fife needing to win to have a chance of qualifying, Dundee went 1 up at DISC when Kieron Dolan beat the keeper in the 4th minute. Dundee played well and it was just a pity that a similar performance had not been on show in the first game against Angus in Montrose, otherwise a quarterfinal place might have been up for grabs. Dundee finished off the game with a goal from Imran Madugu who slipped the ball under the keeper after a great through ball from Kieron Dolan. So both Harris players got their names on the scoresheet and Dundee finished in third place above Fife, with Edinburgh and Angus qualifying for the quarterfinals.

Wednesday 28th November
Dundee A and B had mixed fortunes in the opening day of the Primary Inter-Association Sevens at Toryglen. The As had a poor run of results to start with before piling on the goals while the Bs finished top of all 12 teams. After the dust settled it was East Ayrshire who lead the way with 21 points while Dundee and Perth & Kinross lie joint-second with 16 points. All to play for with two days left, one in February or March indoors and one in Edinburgh in May on grass.

Dundee games
The As struggled to find form and only came good at the end. The opener was a 1-0 defeat to Hamilton A who returned to competition after years out, followed by a 2-1 defeat to the strong East Ayrshire A team with Christopher Tennant scoring for Dundee. A glimpse of light came in the third game with Owen Lunan netting twice to beat Edinburgh A 2-1. Local neighbours Perth & Kinross then inflicted a 3-1 loss, Jordan Harris scoring for Dundee, and another defeat to Glasgow A by 2-0 put the As into 5th place.
The Bs had a strong start and just kept going, opening their account with a 3-1 victory over Edinburgh B with Michael Hunter on the scoresheet along with two goals from Evan Young. Then a 2-0 win over Perth & Kinross B was guaranteed with goals from Adam Locherty and James Breen. The top game was a 2-2 draw against a good East Ayrshire B who also went through the day unbeaten, Dundee scoring through Finn Leddie and Adam Locherty after going 2 down early on. Some great saves from keeper Alastair Graham kept East Ayrshire B at bay, along with some help from the crossbar. Both scorers Finn Leddie and Adam Locherty were on target again in the 3-1 win over Hamilton B with Evan Young joining them. With a better goal difference Dundee B just needed to beat Glasgow B in the last game to go top and a 3-0 win was secured by two from James Breen and another from Adam Locherty.
In the crossover games Dundee As faced Edinburgh B in the 5th v. 5th game and put together the highest score of the day as they finally hit top form, Christopher Tennant netting four goals, Sebastian Lochhead powering in a header from a corner, Brayden Bruce and Jordan Harris also on the scoresheet. Dundee Bs then went into a very close game against East Ayrshire A who had won 5 out of 5 but it was Dundee B who scored early on through Adam Locherty, scoring in his fifth consecutive game, and again excellent keeping from Alastair Graham behind a hard-working defence handed the East Ayrshire A team their first defeat of the afternoon.
It was a good trip back home on the bus through the miserable heavy rain and high winds on the more exposed areas of the road arriving back in Lochee for 4.30 and looking forward to Day 2 in a couple of months.

Dundee beat Fife 9-2 in the Senior National Trophy Group 2. Fife started strongly and took the lead at Craigie HS Astroturf as Dundee struggled to get going. Grady McGrath scored the equaliser for 1-1 as Dundee improved. Fife had the chance to retake the lead when keeper Fraser Burnett brought down a Fife striker as they both went for the ball just inside the box, but the opportunity was denied as Fraser Burnett saved the spot-kick. Instead of going 2-1 down Dundee took a 2-1 lead through Lyall Cameron and within two minutes Finlay Baird rounded the keeper for 3-1 and he was denied a 4th just after. Halftime score Dundee 3 Fife 1.
When the second half got underway Fife smashed a shot against the bar but the Fife intensity then dropped as Dundee turned on a show for the crowd. First a great Finlay Robertson pass set up Lyall Cameron who lobbed the keeper for 4-1, then Finlay Robertson capped a great display with a well deserved goal for 5-1, swiftly followed by a fierce shot from Grady McGrath for 6-1 and his second of the day. After a short respite Dundee hit the goal trail again through Lyall Cameron who completed his hat-trick for 7-1, then Josh Mulligan who performed well as a sub grabbed a goal for 8-1 before Fife broke to pull one back for 8-2. The final goal was hit home by Ryan Hunt who closed the scoring at 9-2. Thanks to all involved at Craigie HS and D&A College for giving the Dundee Seniors the chance to show their skills and wrap up a win which sees Dundee finish Group 2 in top place, guaranteeing a home game in the quarterfinals. Before that there is the first part of the International Trials which several of the Dundee players may look forward to on the 27th of November.

After a change of keeper for Harris it was Baldragon who scored again to lead 3-1 but a Harris free kick brought about a second goal to give them a chance of grabbing an equaliser. Baldragon managed to hold on for full points however.

Wednesday 7th November
St.John's beat Baldragon 9-1 in the DSA U14 League.
Dundee beat Lothian 3-0 in Senior National Trophy Group 2. Dundee took control of the game at St.Augustine's HS astroturf in Edinburgh right from the start. Grove's Fraser Macleod opened the scoring in the second minute following a corner on the left and just after ten minutes Josh McConville from Harris put Dundee two up with a firm strike from the right into the far corner. Dundee kept up the fast tempo and added a 3rd goal in 35 minutes when Lyall Cameron from St.John's headed a cross from the left over the keeper into the far corner. The second half was more even but Dundee's 3-goal lead and the defence's ability to deal with whatever Lothian could throw against them gave the opportunity to give all the subs a game. The team were complimented at the end by the Lothian managers who said they had been a joy to watch. Dundee now qualify for the quarterfinals along with Fife and next week's final group game at home to Fife will decide who tops the group.
Tuesday 6th November
Craigowl beat Ardler 6-1 in the Junior Sports Cup 1st Round and now play St.Pius or St.Andrew's away.
Edinburgh beat Dundee 4-1 in the U15 National Trophy Group 2. It was a second defeat for Dundee but an improved performance against a good Edinburgh team at Spartans FC's Ainslie Park. The home team attacked from the start and Dundee had to weather the storm. Dundee eventually pressed hard for the opener but Edinburgh broke and finished well to go 1-0 up. More Dundee pressure led to Cameron Blacklock setting up Kieron Dolan to fire home an equaliser from the edge of the box after 32 minutes and a minute later just missed out on taking the lead. 1-1 looked like it would be a good score at halftime for Dundee but Edinburgh broke down the right and lofted the ball over the keeper for 2-1 to the home team in the last minute of the half. Edinburgh showed their power to score twice in the second half and seal the win, though Dundee fought to the end but just lacked the clinical finish. The last group game is home to Fife on the 29th and a win might give Dundee a chance to qualify for the quarterfinal., but this may depend on other results.

Grove beat Monifieth 3-1 in the U15 Shield 2nd Round and now play St.John's at home. A very even game looked to be heading for penalties until 2 goals in a minute for Grove finished the game off with ten minutes to go. Grove opened the scoring in the first half with a 6-yard finish converting a cross from the right a minute or so after a long-range strike cannoned back off the top of the post. Monifieth drew level with a good strike to make it 1-1 at halftime. With ten minutes left a Grove cross from the left was turned into his own net by a luckless defender and soon after a firm strike from the edge of the box wrapped it up for Grove.
