9 June - Barnhill won Arab Trust Dee 4 Life Section D beating Claypotts Castle 2-1 in a play-off. Barnhill scored one in each half, Claypotts Castle scored a consolation penalty in the last minute.
29 May - St.Mary's beat Charleston to wrap up Dee 4 Life Arab Trust Section A.
22 May - Dens Road beat SS Peter & Paul to clinch Arab Trust Dee 4 Life Section C.
25 April - Downfield won Dee 4 Life Arab Trust Section B with a 1-1 draw against Birkhill.

SECONDARY LEAGUE CHAMPIONS : GROVE, CRAIGIE (2), MONIFIETH (3)
5 June - Monifieth won the Dee 4 Life U13 League in a 9 goal thriller.
30 May - Grove beat Harris 4-2 in the Dee 4 Life Arab Trust Senior League play-off at Caird Park Stadium. Grove led 2-0 at halftime but shortly after lost their keeper for a last-man tackle. Harris pulled a goal back but Grove soon went 3-1 up with a great finish. Grove could even afford the luxury of a penalty miss before going 4-1 up. Harris made it 4-2 a few minutes from time, but Grove held on to become champions.
Craigie have won both the Dee 4 Life U14 League and the Arab Trust U15 League, while Monifieth have won the Arab Trust U16 League and the Girls U15 League.

PRIMARY FINALS - 2nd-4th June - DOWNFIELD WIN THE TREBLE
Cameron Cup Final : Brackens 2 Downfield 4
Downfield scored early, Brackens equalised but Downfield went 2-1 up right on halftime and two quick goals in the 2nd half put Downfield on course for the treble. Brackens scored their second just before the end. Ben Smith of Downfield won the Stephen Gowans Man of the Match award.
Rock Cup Final : St.Mary's 3 St.Luke's & St.Matthew's 1
St.Mary's scored in the 11th minute, St.Luke's & St.Matthew's equalised but two goals just before halftime gave St.Mary's the cup.
Linton Cup Final : Invergowrie 2 Gowriehill 0
Invergowrie won a close game with a goal on halftime and a late penalty. Liam Boyle of Gowriehill won the Ross Kirk Man of the Match award.
Thomson Cup Final : Mill of Mains 2 Clepington 7
An entertaining final with some great goals. Mill of Mains equalised Clepington's opener but Clepington tied the game up at the start of the 2nd half.
Junior Sports Cup Final : Dens Road 1 Downfield 2
Dens Road took the lead in the 1st minute but Downfield were level soon after. Downfield scored the winner 5 minutes before halftime.
Burgess Cup Final : Eastern 0 Claypotts Castle 3
Claypotts Castle scored in the 1st minute and added two more in the 2nd half. Eastern hit the post a couple of times but the busiest man was the Eastern keeper who kept the score down with a string of superb saves.

MACALPINE WIN BANKS TROPHY
30 May - Macalpine B won the Banks Trophy (5-a-side) at Gussie Park. After a 0-0 draw in the final against Longhaugh they won 3-2 on sudden death penalties.

27 May - MORGAN AND CRAIGIE WIN AT THOMSON PARK
In a very even game Morgan beat Braeview 1-0 with a late goal in off the post to win the U13 Logie Cup.
Craigie beat Lawside 4-2 in the U16 Robert Caira Memorial Trophy Final. Craigie led from the second minute in an exciting game. Ten minutes from time the Craigie keeper was red-carded for handling outside the box but the ten men held on.

GROVE WIN ON PENALTIES AT NORTH END
23 May - In the U17 George Grant Memorial Trophy Final Grove beat Braeview 5-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw. Grove scored early in the first half, Braeview equalised early in the second half but there were no further goals and the game was decided on penalties.

PRIMARY NATIONAL TROPHY (11-a-side) GROUP 2
12 May - Dundee beat South Clydesdale 3-1 in Hamilton. Liam Berry and David Hutton made it 2-0 at halftime, John Shields scored near the end to restore the 2-goal lead. Dundee ended third on goal difference.
22 Mar - Dundee drew 4-4 with Dumfries & Galloway. Poor defending led to D&G taking the lead in the 1st minute but Kieran Sturrock equalised in 12 minutes with a shot from the edge of the box. Dundee went 2-1 up right on halftime when Liam Berry finished from a couple of yards out after great work by John Shields.
D&G scored twice after halftime to retake the lead and went 4-2 up with only 10 minutes left. Dundee immediately hit back when the D&G defence failed to clear a Kieran Sturrock cross and John Shields scored. With only two minutes left Dundee grabbed a deserved equaliser when Kieran Sturrock netted his second of the day, following good work from Liam Berry and John Shields.
Full marks to newcomers John Shields and Kieran Sturrock who between them scored three goals and set up the fourth - an impressive display by the Clepington pair!
9 Feb - Dundee lost 2-0 at home to Glasgow RC, who scored twice in the first half. Dundee tried hard in the second half against a strong Glasgow RC defence and had a couple of good penalty claims denied.
26 Jan - Dundee started with a hard-fought win at New Petershill Park, beating Glasgow 3-2. Glasgow took the lead in the 9th minute but Dundee were level soon after when Liam Berry lobbed the keeper from 20 yards after a great pass from David Hutton.
Dundee went 2-1 up right after halftime when Dale Davidson ran down the left and squared to Liam Berry who shot home from close range. Glasgow equalised in the 39th minute but seven minutes later Liam Berry completed his hat-trick and gave Dundee the points when he raced clear and his shot from the edge of the box went in off the far post.

9 May - Craigie boys drew 4 games and lost to Hazlehead and Ellon who qualified for the National Finals. The girls qualifiers were Arbroath HS and Back from Lewis.

MONIFIETH TANNADICE DOUBLE
8 May - Monifieth won the U16 Dundee United Cup sponsored by Arab Trust with a 5-3 win against Lawside. Monifieth were 4-1 up at halftime but Lawside fought back to 4-3. Monifieth scored a late free kick from the edge of the box to lift the cup.
Monifieth also won the Senior Johnston Trophy with a 2-1 win over Harris who had several good chances to equalise before the final whistle. Robbie Jack of Monifieth won the Lee Walker Man of the Match award.

MENZIESHILL THE PENALTY KINGS AT DENS
1 May - Menzieshill won the U14 Urquhart Trophy sponsored by the Dee Club after a fantastic game with Craigie. Craigie led 2-0 at halftime but Menzieshill came back with a 30 yard screamer. Craigie then went 3-1 up but Menzieshill scored two more crackers to make the final score 3-3. Menzieshill won 3-1 on penalties.
Menzieshill also won the U15 Senior Sports Cup sponsored by Dee 4 Life, beating Monifieth 3-2 on penalties after a goalless draw.

29 April - Invergowrie won the 23 team tournament to qualify for the National Finals.

SCOTLAND 3 WALES 1
14 Mar - Scotland got off to a good start in their U18 Centenary Shield programme beating Wales 3-1 at Tannadice.
With John Tonner (Monifieth) in the starting line-up Scotland took the lead midway through the first half with a close range finish from Liam Corr. Wales equalised before halftime with the best goal of the night when Chris Hartland hit a rasping shot from 25 yards - unstoppable!
Scotland went 2-1 up right after halftime with a penalty from Jonathan Boyle low to the keeper's left just inside the post. Midway through the second half Martin O'Neill turned a cross from the right neatly past the keeper to complete the scoring.
Other results : Scotland 1 Northern Ireland 1, Republic of Ireland 2 Scotland 2, England 2 Scotland 0.

GROVE WIN 5-A-SIDES
8 Feb - Grove won the U17 Stobswell Cup beating Baldragon 3-1 in the final.
In the group stages Grove drew 3-3 with Craigie then beat Lawside 3-2, while Baldragon beat Braeview 4-0 and Harris 2-0.
Lawside beat Craigie 7-4 in one of the most exciting group games.

HARRIS U16s WIN 5-A-SIDES
25 Jan - Harris A won the U16 R.M.Kean Trophy at Grove. In a very entertaining competition which saw Baldragon beat Lawside 6-5 (11 goals being scored in 7 minutes) Harris A beat Baldragon 3-2, Grove 2-1 and Lawside 3-2 to reach the final. Harris B beat Craigie 2-1 and Monifieth 3-2 to make it an all-Harris final.
In the final the B team led twice but the game finished 3-3. In sudden death extra-time Harris A scored the golden goal to beat their colleagues 4-3. It is the first time Harris have ever won the trophy.

12 Dec - Dundee bowed out to group winners Aberdeen who won 9-0. Dundee had a good spell in the second half, hitting the bar and firing just over. But Aberdeen took control in the last ten minutes to score 5 goals.
3 Dec - Dundee lost 3-1 to East & Midlothian at Riverside. E & M scored in the first minute and were 3-0 up at halftime. Dundee rallied in the second half and Andy Walls scored a consolation goal in the last minute.
26 Nov - Paisley beat Dundee 3-0 at Ferguslie Astroturf with three first-half goals.

SENIOR NATIONAL TROPHY
Sat 1 Dec - Dundee lost 10-0 to Lothian at Riverside. Dundee only had 11 players and lost a player in the opening minutes with a hamstring injury. Lothian won the group, with Aberdeenshire coming second.
Tues 25 Sept - Dundee lost 4-1 to Aberdeenshire at Longside Juniors.
Midway through the first half Peter McAvoy scored from the penalty spot after Elliot Tosh had been fouled in the box. The lead only lasted a minute and another mistake gave Aberdeenshire a 2-1 lead at halftime.
In the second half Aberdeenshire scored two more and should have had another when Nathan Doull conceded a penalty in the last minute but then saved the shot.
The squad was as below but with Matthew Keogh (St.John's) replacing Grant Sneddon.
Sat 22 Sept - Dundee lost 3-1 to Fife in a close game at Riverside.
Dundee played with the wind in the 1st half but it was Fife who took the lead in 30 minutes when Dundee failed to clear a corner.
Fife went 2-0 up at the start of the 2nd half with a free kick which curled round the wall and inside the far post.
Dundee came back in the 53rd minute with a great solo goal from Mustafa Al-Saffar who jinked through the defence and produced a cool finish.
Four minutes later Dundee had the chance to equalise from the penalty spot but the Fife keeper pulled off a great save.
The game continued end-to-end and the result was in the balance till the last minute when Fife scored a third to clinch the points.
